Christmas & New Year Payroll Deadlines (Temps Only)

All timesheets must be submitted & approved by 9:30am Mondays — NO EXCEPTIONS.

Deadlines and pay dates for Christmas and New Year weeks

Christmas Week W/C 22 Dec 2025	Mon 22 Dec – 9:30am NO EXCEPTIONS	Wed 24 Dec	If not approved by 9:30am, payment moves to next payroll
New Year Week W/C 29 Dec 2025	Mon 29 Dec – 9:30am NO EXCEPTIONS	Fri 2 Jan 2026	Same rule applies — no late submissions
