All timesheets must be completed and approved by your manager by Tuesday 5:00pm for payment that same week.
Payroll is processed weekly, and wages are paid directly into your bank account.
Payslips are emailed to you from our payroll system (from [email protected]).
Holiday pay is accrued at 12.07% of the hours you work.
Out-of-hours issues (sickness, lateness, emergencies) should be reported via the PRS on-call number or WhatsApp.

Important: Late or unapproved timesheets may be moved to the following week’s payroll. Always check your hours and approvals before Tuesday 5pm.

FAQ

How do I register with PRS? +

Complete our online registration form and upload your documents. Our team will then book you for a full registration / right to work appointment, either in person or via video call.

We’ll confirm your details, check your ID and right to work, and discuss suitable roles and availability with you.

What right to work documents do I need? +

UK / Irish nationals: Valid passport, or birth certificate plus proof of National Insurance number.

All other nationalities: A valid share code from the UK Government website and your National Insurance number. We verify all share codes using official Home Office systems.

How do timesheets work? +

You must complete your timesheet for each week worked and ensure it is signed/approved by the client.

Deadline: All timesheets must be submitted and fully approved by Tuesday 5:00pm.

If your timesheet is late or not approved in time, it may be processed in the following week’s payroll.

When will I be paid? +

PRS runs weekly payroll. Once your approved timesheet is received by the deadline, you will normally be paid within that same week, subject to bank processing times.

How is holiday pay calculated and booked? +

Holiday pay is accrued at 12.07% of the hours you work.

You can request your current holiday balance and submit holiday requests by contacting the PRS office. Where possible, holiday should be requested in advance so we can notify the client and arrange cover if needed.

Do you offer overtime or night rates? +

Overtime, weekend and night rates depend on the client and assignment. Where enhanced rates apply, these will be clearly confirmed in your booking details before you start.

Do you provide accommodation or transport? +

No. Prime Recruitment Services does not provide accommodation or sleeping facilities.

You are responsible for arranging your own transport and accommodation. Some roles (particularly industrial or nightshift roles) may require access to your own transport due to limited public transport.

What should I do if I’m sick or can’t attend a shift? +

If you are unwell or unable to attend a shift, you must contact PRS as soon as possible – ideally at least 2 hours before your start time.

Use the on-call number or WhatsApp group where provided, and do not contact the client directly unless we have told you to.

How do I contact PRS if I have a problem? +

You can contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp. For urgent issues (for example, last-minute sickness or problems on shift), please use the PRS on-call number provided in your booking confirmation.
