What happens if my timesheet is submitted late?
Late timesheets may result in your pay being delayed until the next available payroll run, especially if the client has not approved the hours in time.
Timesheets MUST be approved by 2pm On a Monday Afternoon
How do I request annual leave?
Annual leave must be requested through the correct holiday request process. Leave is not approved until it has been confirmed by Prime Recruitment Services.

Are bank holidays automatically paid?
No. Bank holidays are not automatically paid unless they form part of your agreed working pattern or annual leave has been requested and approved.
What should I do if I am sick or cannot attend work?
You must contact Prime Recruitment Services as soon as possible before your shift starts. This allows us to notify the client and arrange cover where required.
Can temporary work lead to permanent work?
Yes. Some temporary assignments may lead to longer-term or permanent opportunities, depending on the client’s needs and your performance.
